EARTH

The angels are singing over the earth

The angels are turning, turning the earth

The angels are painting, painting the earth

The angels

The angels are singing over the earth

Over the earth, over the earth

The angels are turning over the earth

Over the earth, over the earth

The angels

Over the earth, over the earth

The angels are turning

Over the earth, over the earth

The angels are painting

Over the earth, over the earth

Call in the angels

Over the earth, over the earth

Calling the angels

Over the earth

Clouds

So much I like the clouds full of rain

Cross the sky, blue in light, fluffed in white

Bringing news faring from the mother sea

an ocean named after “peace with thee”

Here they come, the misty vapors floating in

faring from the mother sea named after peace

Dripping moisture ripens in the air

A fragrance stirs from dirt and leaves and fungi

Brewing in the shade of flowers and trees

Sharing radiance with all the pink and green

Rolling rains come in and settle down the dust

Wash away the race of treading into lanes

Cleanse the bruises of foe and friend alike

Shed the feelings born in disaccord

So much I like the clouds full of rain

Cross the sky, sheltered in the hue of moonlight

Gentle showers that renew the cast of old

by its flow in veins of dirt and flesh alike

Cheer you bring for a seeker of the song

Darting pearls over leaves and road and dirt beneath our feet

Here they come, the misty vapors floating in

faring from the mother sea named after peace

With the wind

Here they come, the misty vapors floating in

Pouring forth

Peace with thee

With the wind

Here they come, the misty vapors floating in

Pouring forth

Peace within

The night is young

The night is young

For you and I

To awaken light

Within a dream

A thousand times

To have failed and lost

And now finally meet

Our truest being

The night is young

To break free the spell

 Of voices held

In the grip of time

For moonlight's touch

Where the lovers heal

By the truest heart

The night is young

Awakening

To their truest self

They awake asleep

Like witches dream

The Night is Young

For you and me

For all who dare to wake

Within their sleep

Tides

Water down the creek

Dripping down onto the street

Flowing in the sound

Through the evergreens

Earth and sea, binding deep

While the breeze gently drifts

A land of abundance, of water full

Kind like a maiden’s dream

The sea coils within

Land, rock and tree

Breathing with the vault, high above its knee

Rhythm of the sea, the tides are within

Breathing with the sun, the moon, and me

Breathing with that space place, high above its knee

Dark of any heat, it once rode free

And it now flows in life’s heat

Rhythm of the sea, tides of within

Tides within tides of the sea

Loving shells, worms and wading bird

Breathing silently with the wind

And with the vault, high above its knee

Gently calling me
